Paleo Pumpkin Latte

I LIVE for anything pumpkin! So you can imagine my excitement when the PSL at Starbucks arrives, but the calorie and sugar content are just not for me. 

Here is a great alternative for you paleo lovers::
1 cup cold coffee 
1/2 cup full fat, unsweetened coconut milk 
1/3 pure pumpkin (canned, not pumpkin puree) 
Pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg

Remove the solid from the coconut milk and use later or as a whipped topping. 
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve over ice!
